Braised Short Rib / slow cooked boneless beef short ribs served with mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach, and topped with mustard gremolata

Vegetable Tagine / root vegetables, cauliflower and greens, stewed in warm Moroccan spices, served over Israeli cous cous {vegan}

Coq Au Vin / semi-boneless chicken breast braised in red wine with bacon and mushrooms. served with mashed potatoes and wilted spinach.
