Basa Nova Fish Tacos – 7 Mile Red beer battered Basa, sweet and crispy noodle slaw, fresh pico, white cheddar, and cilantro sour cream. Served in warm flour tortillas with corn tortilla chips.
Blackened Chicken Carbonara – Linguine, tender blackened chicken, Applewood smoked bacon, sliced asparagus, sweet peas, grape tomatoes, scallions, Parmesan cheese and chipotle cream sauce. Available with or without chicken for vegetarians.
Maple Miso Salmon – Pan roasted Faroe Island salmon with a maple miso mustard sauce, cauliflower “risotto”, roasted shiitake mushrooms and sautéed spinach.
Amazing Grace’s Carrot Cake – Grandma Grace Brady’s family recipe is one for the ages! Served warm & gooey, with pineapple, toasted coconut, pecans, spices and cream cheese frosting.
