2 Carolina Pulled Pork sandwiches with chips and slaw
Choice of two entrees with either a bowl of soup or a small market salad.
½ Rack Baby Back Ribs – slow cooked, char grilled with sweet and smoky BBQ sauce, served with fries and creamy slaw.
Pulled Pork Dinner – spice rubbed, slow cooked, hand pulled pork shoulder with fresh vegetables and sharp cheddar grits.
Cracklin’ Chicken Dinner – half chicken, dry rubbed, fried and finished with a coriander glaze over grits and greens.
Mac & Blue – macaroni noodles with smoked pulled chicken breast, buffalo hot sauce, crumbled blue cheese, triple cheese sauce and herbed bread crumb crust.
